The Challenge
The existing recharge process suffered from a 47% drop-off rates due to its fragmented 5-step flow. Drivers struggled with: - Repeated authentication demands. - Unclear payment confirmation. - No instant visibility of successful transactions. This friction directly impacted Heetch's working capital as drivers delayed topping up their operational funds.
The Solution
I transformed the experience through strategic UX simplification: - Consolidated Actions - Merged ID verification and amount selection into one intuitive interface, reducing cognitive load - Transparent Payment Flow - Added real-time validation and security badges to build trust during transactions - Designed dynamic receipt generation with clear next steps to confirm successful top-ups
