The Challenge
Event organizers and exhibitors faced inefficiencies in managing attendee engagement, stand bookings, and event logistics. Traditional methods involved paperwork, manual coordination, and limited visibility, leading to lost opportunities and a fragmented experience for all stakeholders.
The Solution
I designed Eventili, a fully digital platform that streamlined exhibitor stand reservations, online payments, and real-time attendee engagement. Attendees could explore exhibitors, access event maps, and track key sessions, while exhibitors gained tools to manage their teams, enhance brand visibility, and even share tickets effortlessly.
